Rylan has a set of two greenhouses in which he grows several plants, such as, tomatoes, eggplants and peppers. His plants are self watering with a stream irrigated system. (:

Rylan uses a pond as water catchment system. This pond can hold up to 16,000 pounds of water. This is a creative way to be sustainable! (:

Rylan has a flock of turkeys and peep of chickens at his farm. Tiffany and I are both from Southern California and have never been around chickens or turkeys up close before so we deemed Emily as our protector. Emily is from Tennessee and has had previous experience with chickens and turkeys, so she was fearless. Later on, Emily tried to hold one of the chickens.(:

This is a picture of the wall that Tiffany and I worked on. This wall is composed of tree stumps and a clay, water, and pine needle mixture. (:
